Senior Prom is one of the biggest events in a teenager’s life. They look forward to it for years…at least I did, and I know these two were really excited when prom time finally came around this past spring. They really did it up! I absolutely loved Kendall’s dress with the clear clear straps leading to silver embroidered flowers. The sparkle was magnificent! We squeezed a pre-prom shoot into this Smithfield senior session and it was perfect.
These two wanted to really make some amazing photographic memories for their prom, and even did a surprise “First Look” before we started out for the formal shoot. I do First Looks for weddings a lot, but this was a first – and I LOVED the idea! They were so adorable seeing each other all dressed up, looking like magazine models. Their giggles were very catching!
The light was gorgeous for this Pre-prom/Senior session combo, and the weather was too. We went first to Windsor Castle where we used a few different areas and then went on to St. Luke’s historical cemetery to use some of the beautiful brick structures there. These two had so many creative ideas for photos that they made my job super easy.
As a senior at Smithfield High, Kendall was at the top of her class last year and just started working towards her medical degree – a career that I have no doubt she’ll be amazing at! We spent some of the session on senior photos for her announcement, which turned out amazing! I had such a great time working with the two of them – I know that they are going to grow to do amazing things!
