Hampton Wedding Photography | Taylor + Jeremy – Vintage Fall Romance

When Taylor and Jeremy became clients of mine I was so thrilled. They were so cute together at our initial consult, I just knew we were going to make amazing photos on their wedding day!

Young, energetic, and full of love for each other, they met and fell in love as High School sweethearts. A few years later, Jeremy proposed on the beach during a family reunion in New Jersey. Of course Taylor said yes!   They may have had some rough patches in the beginning, but I believe that those little rough patches are what strengthens true love – and it could not be more true for these guys!

Their big day started with a small ceremony at Hilton Baptist Church in Newport News, where Taylor and Jeremy are regular members. Taylor sings often for the choir and has a beautiful voice! She even surprised Jeremy at the reception with a solo!

The reception venue, Paradise Ocean Club on Fort Monroe, was beautifully decorated in a vintage fall theme by “The Main Event by Emily.” They had some of the cutest props! All of the guests had so much fun dancing and laughing – I just couldn’t get enough pictures of everyone! After the beautiful Father/Daughter and Mother/Son dances, Jeremy surprised his grandmother and Taylor’s grandmother with a dance just for them. That had to be one of the sweetest things I’ve seen at a wedding.

We got several opportunities to run out and take beach portraits throughout the evening, never taking the life out of the party. After more dancing and fun and even some silliness, the night ended epically with one of the most beautiful sparkler exits I’ve photographed.

Thank you Taylor and Jeremy for having me photograph your amazing day – I can’t wait to see what the future brings for you two and that adorable husky of yours!!
