So, it is FINALLY warm outside! I guess we don’t get a spring this year. But hey, at least I only had a couple weeks of really bad allergy symptoms (so far anyway!). Before wedding posts start up, I have two more sessions to share with you, and both are Virginia Beach engagement sessions!
The first of these two sessions was with Rebecca and Nick. These two were so cute! And they brought one of best things ever to their session – Poppy! This Boston Terrier mix was so excited to be out at the park – I was so surprised at how well she behaved for the photos without her. She even got a little mini-shoot in the middle since she was behaving so well and I got lots and lots of puppy kisses!
This Virginia Beach engagement session took place at The Narrows at First Landing State Park. I just love the Spanish moss that hangs in some areas of the trail there. It makes a wonderful atmosphere for beautiful romantic photos, and the coolest ring shots! There’s plenty of sand, too, for some beachy photos – making The Narrows a perfect combination of backdrops. The weather was very pleasant, although just a tad bit chilly – thanks to our everlasting winter – but Rebecca braved it well in her beautiful lacy dress and sweater. Near the end of our session, we got to capture just a little bit of the oncoming sunset before it disappeared behind some clouds.
These two aren’t getting married in Virginia, but rather in upstate New York! What a treat! I just know that it is going to be the most beautiful day for them! Congratulations you two!
