My 2019/2020 Bucket List
Every year I shoot about 8 weddings (I work a full-time job also, so this is enough for me!). Next year, I REALLY want a few of those weddings to be at some venues that I either haven’t shot at yet, or just really love working at. If you’re getting married at one of these awesome places, I’m offering discounts from $400-$600 off the base price for a full day wedding!
Historic Post Office (Hampton, VA) – $600 discount
Downtown Hampton’s Historic Post Office is a perfect venue with so many options for a. You can have your ceremony and reception there, or you can even have your ceremony at Mill Point Park a half-block away. It can accommodate almost any typical sized wedding (up to 250 seated). I think what I love most about it is the spacious getting-ready suites! Not to mention that the surrounding area is a photo-hot-spot!
Fort Monroe (Hampton, VA) – $400 discount
If you browse my blog, you’ll see several posts for sessions and weddings at Fort Monroe. It is definitely one of my favorite places to shoot any type of session, but weddings are a dream! There are so many options on locations for your wedding ceremony and reception – two chapels, the Paradise Ocean Club and Beach, the Commanding General’s Residence and Garden, and even (and this would be my favorite of all) Oozlefinch Craft Brewery!
The Cavalier Hotel (Virginia Beach, VA) – $600 discount
Oh my, the newly renovated Cavalier Hotel is so beautiful inside and the grounds are amazing! I haven’t seen all of the available spaces, but have done a vow renewal portrait session in the sunken garden and it was so perfect. It has space that’s perfect for about 125 guests and can provide catering, planning, and several other services.
Williamsburg Winery (Williamsburg, VA) – $400 discount
Although I’ve had a few weddings here, they have been sparse – I want to change that! You can plan an outdoor or indoor ceremony here. The outdoor space has so many beautiful areas for portraits afterwards, but there are also several great spots indoors if it rains (especially the Barrel Room!). They offer catering and open bar for a per-person rate, which really makes things easy to plan!
Virginia Aquarium (Virginia Beach, VA) – $600 discount
I have yet to shoot at the Virginia Aquarium, but have wanted to for years. (I did get to second shoot at the Virginia Living Museum, which was also a great place to have a wedding!) The Aquarium has so many options for small and large (and very large) wedding parties. If you’re an animal or sea lover, this would be so cool!
Are you getting married somewhere else in Hampton Roads? I’m also offering a $200 discount on any 2019/2020 wedding if you book before August 31, 2019!!!
Contact me today for pricing details or for a personalized quote for what you have planned. No wedding is too small or too unique!
